These children who end up in this day care center either by the irresponsibility of their parents (after childbirth the child is thrown in the trash or in the bush), or by the death of his mother during childbirth, or by the death of their parents during the killing of the population by CODECO attackers.
These children who live without maternal and paternal affection are cared for by four mothers who have decided to leave their home and family to take care of them. That’s why we, Caritas Développement Mahagi-Nioka, would like to thank them very much for the help they give to these children who deserve to live like ordinary children. Without forgetting the Reverend Sister Clarice who manages this orphanage.
During this time of Lent, the church, through Caritas Développement Mahagi-Nioka (CDM) and its Diocesan Office of Solidarity and Sharing (BDSP) proceeded to the delivery of some goods that could help these children for a long time. and short term. While as short term goods, we have a bag of rice, a bag of sugar, two boxes of soap, a bag of corn flour and others.
During this time of Lent, as the church asks us to fast and share with others, please dear Christians to do the same with those who suffer and need help as the Catholic Church did through Caritas. Mahagi-Nioka development to assist these orphan children.
May God bless everyone who will have this initiative of help through our diocese and through the Republic and why not throughout the world!
